Xgeronimo is the working name of Sergei Ivanov, a UK visual artist, former art director, and independent systems thinker.
His background moves across advertising, visual culture, self-directed study, travel, and long-form artistic practice. After years in commercial image-making, he turned toward a slower and more experimental body of work: paintings, drawings, objects, digital compositions, and written systems.
The practice is not built around one medium. It is built around a way of working: observing pressure, tracing patterns, testing materials, naming structures, and letting form emerge through contact with uncertainty.
Alongside the visual work, Xgeronimo develops Personal AI Systems: written architectures that help independent professionals use AI with more clarity, memory, structure, and direction.
The art and the systems work meet in one place: both are attempts to work with complexity without reducing it too quickly.
